Located in the heart of the historical center of the city, it offers a unique gastronomic experience in a modern and sophisticated environment. The restaurant's design fuses industrial and minimalist elements such as stone, wood and glass, as well as soft lighting that creates an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
La Purificadora's culinary proposal is a combination of contemporary cuisine with traditional flavors of the region. The menu is characterized by using fresh and local ingredients, highlighting the gastronomic richness of the city of Puebla. The dishes are elaborated and presented in an artistic way, by Chef Nanyely Pastrana, achieving a unique visual and taste experience. We have an extensive wine list and an iconic selection of cocktails that perfectly complement each meal. Undoubtedly a culinary benchmark in the city.
La Purificadora Restaurant offers honest contemporary Mexican cuisine, the shared tables were designed by architect Ricardo Legorreta and made with moth-eaten wood found in the old Purificadora de Agua.

La Purificadora has various spaces for organizing private events, from a beautiful wedding in the lobby, to a party with the best canapés and drinks on the terrace, overlooking the Parish of San Francisco. We carry out tailor-made events, taking care of every detail, from the music, the lights, the staff and the catering.
Neighborhood
In what was the old indigenous neighborhood of El Alto, the San Francisco temple is located, built between 1550 and 1767 on one side of the old riverbed. On its façade there is an admirable decorative composition with images of vases and flowers, highlighting the Churrigueresque quarry doorway, from the 18th century, and alternating with religious images.

Paseo San Francisco is made up of the Shopping Center, the Commercial Corridor, Green Areas and the Convention Center.
